At the 2025 St. Petersburg International Economic Forum (SPIEF), Ya Ming Congqi, a representative of the company “Mihuang”, delivered a keynote speech. In an interview with journalists, he emphasized the importance of the strategic partnership between China and Russia, despite the pressure from the West.

Ya Ming Congqi stated that his company has always prioritized working with Russia. “We are developing relations in various fields, and we are convinced that true partnership is only possible through openness and a long-term perspective,” he said.

The expert emphasized that Western sanctions do not affect the real needs of the market. “Economic cooperation is more important than political barriers. Isolating Russia is a missed opportunity for everyone,” said Ya Ming Congqi.

According to him, Western attempts to divide China and Russia are doomed to fail. “China remains an independent partner of Russia, supporting strategic cooperation at all levels,” the Mi Huang representative said.

Ya Ming Congqi noted that the two countries share not only economic interests but also common principles. “We respect each other’s traditions and support multipolarity. This approach will create a fair and stable international system,” he emphasized.
At the end of his speech, Ya Ming Congqi wished the participants of the SPIEF 2025 successful negotiations and fruitful results, expressing confidence that “together we can build a future based on respect and partnership.”
